I find myself, troubled in a way because I often don't like the Holiday Season but yet I know that they must come, and as soon as they are hear, they leave again to return another year.
It is hard for me to meditate today because of the somber nature of the Good Friday - Passover Weekend.
I am reminded of these words to help keep my mind off of my sadder moments, and remind myself to look forward to warmer weather as the days continue.
"With coarse rice to eat, with water to drink, and my bent arm for a pillow -- I have still joy in the midst of all these things." - Confucius
